BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby granted a Special Exceptions Permit for a Final Planned Unit Development on tracts of land located in the 1900 block of Rosebrook Drive and the 7500 block of Goodwin Road, more particularly described as follows: Tracts of land located in the 1900 block of Rosebrook Drive and the 7500 block of Goodwin Road, being on the northeast line of Igou Gap Road southeast of Denton Lane. Add the seal, address and signature of the engineer. 2. Add the seal and signature of the surveyor. 3. Show the lot numbers are owned by Eaton, Wall, Lloyd and Narramore. 4. Show the north line of lot 27 as a solid line. 5. Show a dashed line for the twenty (20') foot Power, Communication and Drain Easement in lot 13. 6. Show the Tax Map Numbers as 159A-F-1 through 38. 7. Add street numbers. 8. Delete reference to Igou Crossing Drive in Note 1. 9. Add the word "Townhomes, Stage II" to the P.U.D. name. 10. Show the lot numbers and adjoining lot lines for lots in Igou Place Subdivision per Plat Book 55, Page 158. 11. Label adjoining lot 37 of Igou Gardens north of lot 19 as such.
